What should you expect?

  • You will be asked to complete a HCR pre-screening form online to see if the programme is right for you or if you need to see another professional e.g. Women’s Health Physiotherapist.
  • We will then have our first session which is 90 minutes in length where I will review your pre-screen and check your core function.  I will also look at your posture before doing a hands-on soft tissue session to release the necessary muscles to allow you to start to engage your core effectively.
  • We will also spend time in our first session, and every session focusing on your breathing and training you on creating Intrinsic Core Synergy®
  • At your first session, you’ll receive your HCR education booklet and the kit you need to complete the homework exercises on the course.
  • You will receive login details via email to allow you to access the necessary homework exercises, videos to help educate you on pelvic health, nutrition and and a recipe booklet.
  • The next 5 session will be 60-70 minute in length and will focus on completing a programme of exercises to take your core tummy and pelvic floor to the next level.  Using the breath and combing this with Mummy Movement Patterns® we will get you functioning effectively in all the key planes for your hectic life.
  • In addition, I ask that you complete your homework exercises 4-5 times during the week to ensure you are building the strength and flexibility required to meet your goals.
  • The Homework exercises are progressed and so over the course of the 6 weeks, as your strength and co-ordination improves, the exercises will become more challenging.
  • You will receive full support including access to a private facebook group for participants across the country to ensure that you have the best opportunity to get the results you want.
